New Japan Radio Linear Regulator "NJM2841"
A low saturation type regulator with a minimum output voltage of 0.8V, enhanced analog characteristics such as output voltage accuracy and load stability.
Io=500mA Low Output Voltage Low Saturation Regulator Despite a minimum output voltage of 0.8V, this low saturation regulator enhances analog characteristics such as output voltage accuracy and load stability. 【Overview】 The NJM2841 is a low saturation regulator that supports low output voltages down to 0.8V. Utilizing a bipolar process, it achieves low noise and high ripple rejection, while supplying a separate power source (VBIAS) for the control circuit, ensuring good load stability and transient response even during low input-output voltage operation. This makes it ideal for core voltage supply applications in digital devices such as CPUs, DSPs, and ASICs. It is housed in a compact SOT-23-5 package with an output current of 500mA, and is compatible with small 4.7μF ceramic capacitors, allowing for a reduction in mounting area.
